Step 1: Complete Your Business Profile

The first step is to tell us about your business. This helps Flyweel provide personalized insights and benchmarks relevant to your industry and scale.

  • Company Name (Optional): Enter your business name for personalized reporting
  • Country: Select your primary market for localized insights and benchmarks
  • Industry: Choose your business sector for relevant optimization recommendations

  • Monthly Ad Spend (Optional): Your estimated monthly advertising budget across all platforms
  • How did you hear about us?: Help us understand how you discovered Flyweel

Step 2: Connect Your Advertising Platforms

After completing your profile, you’ll be directed to the Connections page. This is where the magic happens - connecting your ad accounts enables Flyweel to provide unified analytics and cross-platform optimization insights.

Connecting Google Ads

Google Ads integration provides access to your Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaign data.

Initiate Connection

Click the Connect Google Ads button to begin the authentication process.

Authenticate & Authorize

You’ll be redirected to Google’s secure authentication page. Log in with the Google account that has access to your Google Ads accounts and grant Flyweel permission to access your campaign data.

Select Accounts

Once authenticated, you’ll see your complete account hierarchy including:
  • Individual Google Ads accounts
  • Manager accounts (MCC) with their sub-accounts
  • Account status indicators (Active, Suspended, etc.)
Select the accounts you want to analyze by checking the boxes next to them. Selecting a manager account automatically includes all sub-accounts.

Save & Import

Click Save & Refresh to save your selections and trigger the initial data import. This process typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on your account size.

Connecting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Meta Ads integration includes Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network campaigns.

Initiate Connection

Click the Connect Meta Ads button to start the Meta authentication flow.

Authenticate & Authorize

You’ll be redirected to Facebook’s authentication page. Log in with the Facebook profile that has admin access to your ad accounts and grant Flyweel the necessary permissions.

Select Ad Accounts

After authentication, you’ll see a list of all Meta Ads accounts you have access to. Select the accounts you want to include in your Flyweel analysis.

Save & Import

Click Save & Refresh to save your account selection and begin importing your Meta campaign data.

Once your ad accounts are connected and data is imported, you’ll have access to Flyweel’s powerful unified dashboard that combines performance data from all your connected platforms.
